She's on Direct Express and nightly Oxygen. I wrote an SNL Graded policy and now they are asking me to verify the card as it came back invalid. Either I transcribed the card incorrectly or they may not take DE. Any suggestions?

SNL takes the DE card. I just wrote my 1st one and I left off one # and had to correct it. The card has an expiration date...has it expired?

Do they get a new DE card every year?

I'm not sure how often they get a new one. The one I did expires 03/15. Seems like SNL has a way of knowing when the DE card expires to keep policies from lapsing.

It's a shame people get themselves to the point of having DE. The one I just wrote could've had level coverage with ACI instead of ROP with SNL, and gotten $2K more F.A. if he had a checking account. The DE really limits them.

Even worse when a spouse of 30 years has a regular checking account and is unwilling to give up the digits for a 10% lower monthly cost.
