81 Yr Old W/dementia

I'm trying to find coverage for an 81 year old female with Alzheimer's. I've looked at everything I can think of including Gerber, Kemper, Vantis, etc. She appears to be too old. Every GI policy I look at caps at age 80 and any policy that goes past age 80 requires level benefit.

This is one of those super rare scenarios where Lincoln heritage may be the only option.

I welcome all suggestions.

If LH will work and they are priced right. Strike up a mutual deal with a LH guy.

Nope, not anymore. The LH "franchise" I worked under in Ohio will not allow you to carry appointments with anyone but LH. LH, as a company, isn't captive but this franchise is. The day I gained my first appointment my contract was terminated. I was made aware that this would be the case when I told my LH MGA what I was planning on doing. No big deal I just don't carry them anymore.

MooooooooooooooooooooooooooO

MOO caps at age 80. At least according to FEXquotes it does...

Not the MoO GI. It goes through age 85.

JD, moo GI? I thought Indy agents couldn't sell that. I've looked at every product MOO offers...terms, fe, UL's, and never seen a GI option available to me...

You give them MOO's phone number and wish them good luck. Or, call for them and hope they give you a referral or two down the road as you can't sell it.

You can't sell it. You can give them the number of call for them. Usually I just give them the pricing and the number and leave it up to them.

BTW, most don't call and buy it. Another reason I chose to not sell GI.
