A Family Service Counselor's Yearly Commissions $

This may be a private topic but I am very interested to know your take on this. For all of you pre-need salesmen and women out there, have you ever wondered what your coworkers are making?
It is interesting to me just how big the gap is in pay when you compare the yearly pay of other family service counselors. In my funeral home alone counselors make as low as $30,000/yr and as high as $250,000/yr. selling a combination of both pre-need insurance policies and cemetery property.
All of this depends solely on the counselor's/salesman's ability to connect and sell of course. It surprises me how many people actually do not work but that is talk for a different discussion.
Thoughts?

That's pretty much the way it is with all sales positions. 20% of the salesmen make 80% of the sales/money.
