I am always thinking I should keep a cap gun in my office and when they say they are not planning on dieing pulling it out and "shooting" them....And by the end of that interview I'm thinking about pulling out a real gun and shooting myself

You should totally do this, minus the real gun to yourself part. In fact I should start using a cap gun. When they look at me funny I'll just say "You probably weren't planning on that happening either, but it just did."
