Just read there is a second suit about WellCare (!!!) and the call center brokers. Does anyone have a copy of that lawsuit?

Awww, I hope all other agents in the country will join in with me and express our deep sorrow that WC is being sued. Couldn't happen to a finer bunch. I guess they can pay the fine with all the commissions they stole from agents.
Why aren't all these ACA and MAPD executives in jail with Luigi Mangione.
Pretty sure they've caused far more deaths ........oh and that doesn't even touch the systematic fraud they have unleashed on the American taxpayer.
Looks like the lawsuit floodgates are opening.
Here is a reasoning question.
They put you in a room with Adolf Hitler,Jeffery Dalmer, Luigi Mangione and a big 5 Insurance company executive.
They give you a gun and only 3 bullets.
What is the logical response?'

Wait... I'd want to know if use of those bullets would be justifiable homicide if one was guaranteed a jury of one's true peers. Otherwise just lock 'em all up.
I know I'm going to have trouble falling asleep knowing that they're being sued.
It's just so sad.

this civil suit was filed 4/29/25 anybody have any thoughts if this makes it's way to court or settlement in time to have impact for 2026 commission rulings by CMS or can CMS just make changes without a ruling on this. I hope the Chevron ruling doesn't screw this up too.
