Any recommendations for VOIP

I signed up for a trial with Dialpad today and my account was immediately cancelled. I called support and made a ticket. I then received an email telling me that they would not provide me service with no explanation whatsoever. I hadn't even used the service yet. Any recommendations?

I use Ooma Office (I think I'm on the Pro plan). And have several years now. I've had zero issues. I have a phone number, a fax number and a toll-free number. It also records the calls, but I think it only stores them for 90-days. You can download them to your computer though.

My total bill is in the $30 something range.

Does this include text? I have Zoom but have to register as a business and have an EIN to use the text feature. It's pretty cheap by the month though at 16.00

Yes. But there is a limit to the number of texts. The Pro plan is 250 per month and the Pro Plus plan is 1,000 per month. Pro Plus plan is $5 more per month and also integrates with certain CRM's.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. Has anyone had any issues with 10DLC registration for text messaging?

we use ringcentral. It's been 2 years and its been good. Especially the way it integrates with google workspace. call recording and archiving straight to google drive is pretty freaking sweet. our desk phones/mobile apps have direct numbers but nobody has those because it calls out from our company number and you fax and text that number as well. there are little things that just aren't right like company line texts only go to one person and then the other person cant see them on the app, also contact sync has been a headache but I am working on a solution so hopefully that will fix it. All in all its been really good. Down the road I'm going to provision the phones and create my own free SIP network but I don't have time right now.
