Any recommended funeral trust FE in Florida?

Looking for 10k GI for someone already in a nursing home if that matters.Family friend is speaking with an attorney today about her brother and because of his situation i assume they may suggest a funeral trust since he doesn't have a burial plan ( he does get mostly paid for service and a plot in local VA cemetery for retired military )and he only has about 10k to spend down for medicaid. What is the typical commission for these? If there is no commissionable products or if commission to low to worry about being the agent what is the best plan to recommend.

Commission can range from 30% of face to .05 % of face. It depends on his age.

All those plans are about the same if he is doing a single pay.

There is no best on single pay funeral trusts. They all work nearly identical. Look at NGL, Wellabe / Great Western, and Unity

I hear greatwestern is pulling their single premium if they haven't already. My fexquoting doesn't show any fmo contacts for contracting for NGL.is this only direct now?

If funeral trusts or similar products don't offer substantial commissions or aren't commissionable at all, consider recommending a pre-need funeral plan directly through a funeral home. This plan can help set aside funds for funeral expenses while complying with Medicaid spend-down rules. Ensure to consult with an attorney specializing in elder law or a financial advisor for personalized advice tailored to Medicaid eligibility requirements.
It's the same thing
