Caboom Leads

Vic you just started working fe leads in bulk the last 2-4 months . Let's see what sticks on the books and your net profit after your lead costs at the 12 month mark .Many of those same people pressing those leads for you are doing it 5 other times a month .But i don 't disagree with you pivoting hard to fe . With the massive amount of plans that will have to be moved this aep persistency on the phone dealing all over the place will be tough .

Not sure I understand this statement
"Many of those same people pressing those leads for you are doing it 5 other times a month"

Who those people what do you mean pressing

Like pushing?

I really don't have anyone pushing leads on me, Especially not my FMO, I am not using the leads they are offering

I mean the leads your calling . Those people filled out many other forms online. Why do you think net leads can be produced for $3-$10. Because the same people fill a lot of leads out .Where are you getting your leads? I'm curious about something . You said you wrote 40 or so apps each of the last 2 months . About what % of those 40 you wrote are you replacing another policy . It's much harder to replace on the phone than in person

I am not paying $3 to $10 I am paying around $15 though it goes up and down but seems to average around $15 to $16 these are text verified in a leads management program, I am the only one doing text verified with them though

I don't usually replace nor do I have many situations where that even is a question

I think I maybe replace one or 2 policy a month and even these are mostly getting someone out of a 2 year wait

I have people with cov that add to

Not sure what the issue would be if the right situation came up it just usually does not

Where are you getting the leads ? Is it a vendor ? Or is the fmo setting up a fb platform and managing it for like $400 a month ? So your outbound calling all these leads ? Are you using a dialer like kixie ?I bet you love the ease of service writing fe vs mapd . You sell it and rarely hear from them again

I am currently working on systems to keep in touch and also let them know about Medicare and I want to increase referrals
been kind of busy doing other things to spend enoug time to tinker with this though

Has anyone purchased caboom leads? What was your experience? How did the leads workout? Were they expecting you? Etc.
I had minor success with Caboom leads. Agent Advantage actually worked out better for me. Batches vary, so take that with a grain of salt. I need a larger sample size to be sure. Despite some lead vendors best intentions, true exclusive leads are rare. With FB retargeting, many people end up completing 4 to 5 similar forms. Also, sometimes it's simply about knowing who to avoid. For example, minor players like Bang Bang leads should be avoided like the plague. I have a mentor in the biz who's tried numerous lead vendors - He said Bang Bang was easily the worst.

I'm glad some of you had a little success with them, that was definitely not my experience. I placed a weekly order for a month of 20 statewide FEX leads. I sold 3 in total. First, I found it odd the number of leads that came in during the middle of the night. Several were irritated that it wasn't free as stated in the ad, and it was also clear that I wasn't the only one calling them.

To be honest, if I took a batch of those leads and worked them in tandem with a batch of the cheaper leads I buy, there is little difference. I felt I gave them a fair shake, but never again.

I can definitely relate to what you are saying. Based on my experience with Caboom, I would never use them again. I get it, buyers are liars, but similar to Bang Bang Leads, most of the people I spoke with, genuinely, had no idea what I was talking about when I called. I had to close hard to move a little beyond breakeven (no money to waste at this point). Maybe this is not the case for everyone, but if results vary widely, especially among seasoned agents, move on.
