If a California based employer has over 100 full time equivalent employees and currently offers insurance only to 30 employees do they need to offer insurance to the 100+ at plan year 2015 or January 1, 2015?

Anyone have a good resource for this?

I have no clue... but good luck with all that..... could you tell me how much you make on exchange in California... thinking of getting non res and sell there

HAHA you made me laugh with that one. Hey if all the agents out there are like Rick it should be gravy.
:D

It depends on their hours worked. Minimum needed is 30, so if the ( I have not done the math ) 70 or so do not work 30 hours per week there is no need to offer.
