In Texas, can you make commissions in enrolling a client into Texas Managed Medicaid like Amerigroup? Sorry if it is a stupid question!

I doubt it, but you'd have to be licensed in Texas.

Not my circus, but . . . I believe the commission would come from selling them something to complement/enhance the Medicaid program . . . even if it is something they don't need.

If you go to a company website and don't see anything about agent/broker, that's probably a real good clue.
