Church security liability exposures help

Does anyone have experience with the liability exposures involving church security, or if an event happened?

Would it fall under the General Liability and would the security team fall under D&O on the professional side?

We have had increasing incidents it seems in Texas and just wanted to see.

In my opinion, it would be GL. However, it also could be D&O if the board failed to act on a known issue.
