I was never impressed with some of the choices made by 44 or 46. Some never had any obvious talents for the job . . . and many later proved my point.

But I sometimes wonder why the other side doesn't go ahead and approve the nominations, especially for some of the lesser roles, then sit back and let them fall on their face.
