My Part "D" left me with a $850 payment for Farxiga. I did some research online and found a new drug, BRENZAVVY, which was recently approved for type 2 diabetes. My ohysician had not heard of it but checked and switched my prescription. Farxiga was $850 X 4 = $3400/yr. Brenzavvy is $133/2 months X 6 = $798/yr. Talk your customers off the ledge!

The cap is $2k. It's impossible for you to pay $3400 a year

I think you are counting deductible as it will be that payment all year

these numbers don't make sense

Is that 3 month supply payments maybe?

Which plan do you have The worst would be WellCare, but you are saving in premium and you will max out your 2K max and go to $0 copay of some point,
