FE market question

PLEASE rating the following in order of importance to you in the FE market RATES, COMM, LEADS, GT ISSUE OR VESTING. PLEASE let me know. I appreciate your time!!!!!

Vesting is before anything. IF you are not 100% vested immediatley then you are not independent.

1. Company Rating
2. Rates
3. Commission
4. Leads but only if they are absolutely free with no commission cut

I would agree but I would put commission over rates since most FE carriers are within 10-15 of each other that I have ran across.

Leads help but again with a commission cut I would not bother.
