Flea Market

Twice I was selling junk at the flea market and I put up a "Free Life Insurance Quote" sign up. I got a few bites but that was before I knew anything about FE.
I don't currently do FE but has anyone ever gone out to the flea market?
Big flea markets cost around $10-12 in my area. Now that I know about FE I am thinking about giving it a shot.

Well the fleas on my cat never seem to die so I don't think they need life insurance.

This reminds me of a conversation I had just this morning with my girl friend. She kept saying something was baiting her on her back...I said don't worry, it will die.

I actually think it could work quite well especially with a unique display such as a casket with flowers. If you created a real attention grabber, I have to believe you would be talking to a lot of people at a busy market.

When somebody asks what that costs, you have your opening. Your reply could be something like. The casket alone is $2,000 if you add in some other costs like flowers etc, it can hit 8k-10k but I have a way you can pay monthly for pennies on the dollar...

Some places I have been to, you can even park your car next to your spot..

Yes for a booth at a good, big flea market.


Now that I thi of it, there is a guy at the flea market who sells tombstones and fake flowers. Does anyone have a good idea for a kind of partnership to approach the guy with... I have never done FE or funeral before.

That's dirt cheap then.....no risk in trying that and you might pick up a few treasures while you're at the flea market.

One thing that can be done is to go to wal mart and buy a cheap 40 inch TV for $259 and give people a chance to win it for filling out a questionnaire that includes their phone number. Do this for about 4 weeks straight (at your flea market booth/table) and then pick your winner out of a hat and post it on your website. You should be able to get about 100 names and numbers in 4 weeks and that would make it well worth it to you.
