Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum and looking to ask a question but didn't want to stick it in the agents and brokers section.
I'm a media buyer who's been generating Final Expense Inbound calls on Facebook for a bit now, but the way these brokers/buyers work is they keep you pretty isolated from the rest of the business. They also usually don't tell us what their CPA is and we have to listen to call recordings to see if policies were sold.
Was wondering what your experience has been buying calls (if at all) and what you've noticed with calls that you've bought in the past.
I'm not here to pitch anyone on buying calls, just want to hear from agents themselves so my team and I can figure out how to generate better calls. Also seems like a lot of people here are still buying leads which I'm sure works amazing, but I do think calls are the way to go (I'm 100% biased though).
We're experts at generating calls and at one point last year we were generating over 2k billable calls per day in another vertical.
So I really want to learn more about the FE side of things so I can better serve them.
