Fortune CEOs that Own CV Life Insurance

I am hoping someone can help my locate an article or statistic. I vaguely remember reading recently about a high percentage of Fortune 100/500/1000 etc. CEOs that own CV life insurance as a retirement income diversification strategy. I know plenty do, but I need the citation. I have exhausted my googlfu skills.

This one speaks specifically to SERPs and mentions that the avg NPV benefit is $10.1 mm per executive.

It's a tad dated being from 2007.

Of course, it's also worth noting that a SERP does not necessarily mean there is life insurance, or that it's entirely funded with life insurance.

You could look up all of the SEC schedule 14A's for the publicly traded companies to see what they are spending on life insurance premiums for NQDC
