I assume the biggest challenge was liability?

It's actually the property not the liability.. Everything is made of wood and is flammable. Erie is willing to do it but with certain recommendations as a package. Tapco got me a liability quote only. RLI will do it with for a ridiculous price. The rest are all non admitted.
