Getting Top Contracts

Guys, I am finally getting started and my new site will be launching in the next week or so. I am wondering where I need to go for the top contracts on life insurance. I will selling life insurance over the internet and over the phone as 99% of my business. So I would prefer an GA that has a lot of experience with the selling over the Internet and also offers top contracts.

Who is currently offering the best contracts? Any suggestions?

I have considered going with Mountain Financial, but don't if what they are offering is competitive.

Since you're new - I can get you 50% with a 6 month advance and subsidized lead program.

Prove yourself and the 100%+ contracts are all yours . . .

Or - just hang around - the rest will be here soon . . .

Good Luck Selling . . .

Or you can get REAL contracts with advances and pay for the damn leads yourself.

You should go to www.pjpce.com, hit the "live demo" and poke around. They do take a "haircut" on the commission but do all the drudgery for you. Be sure you listen to the taped webcasts.

Don't accept anyone offering you 50%. It's a ripoff!

Rick very interesting

What kind of haircut are we talking?

for example aig at 100% what is taken for service. I am seeing this could be a useful service especially in non resident states.

Looking for 115% contracts, not 50%.

I may be a little new to the insurance world, but am far from being new to building businesses. I already had one very successful start-up that sold after 5 years for a healthy profit.

I will be needing contracts for

life
health
auto
commercial
home

So I will be looking around and asking for help on finding the best contracts. I don't need leads or any real assistance.

Greensky, thanks for the link. I looked over their site and will give them a call to see what kind of contracts they have.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I want to point out that it's not what you make, it's what you keep. You can get 100% contracts and you do all the work. I take a different angle on this, at least for term insurance.

First of all, keep in mind that you can have mulitple contracts with most of the lower priced term carriers and I have the higher percentages as well. However, I am moving towards selling term insurance over the phone. For that business, especially out of state, I used PJP.

On 20 and 30 year term, you receive 80%. Yes, only 80%. However, once you have the agreement from your prospect to apply, the actual work you do amounts to about 5-10 minutes in filling out a short form on-line. That's it. They do all the rest. You only need to mail out the policy and ask for the first premium.

Now, if my neighbor wants $2,000,000 of 30 yr. ROP and he's 50 and a smoker, I'll take the larger contract and do it myself.

Again, it's not what you make, it's what you keep. Use your contracting ability to get the best deal for yourself, which is not always the highest commission.
