Good Habitational Markets

Does anyone have any good recommendations for habitational markets in TN, KY, IN or OH. (Already familiar with Appalachian, RPS, Arlington Roe, All Risk) Looking for market that's competitive with Apartments, condo associations, multi family, shopping centers etc.)

direct markets for me are Guard, Amtrust, Tower, Harford. Depending on the risk Seneca is a typical go to through ES

Erie would be ideal as they have a footprint in all those states.

Tough to get but worth pursuing.

Hmm that might be an NC guideline. I just wrote a mix use apartment building built in 1900. Def no credit available with that class though.
