Hi all,
Just joined up and am waiting for state approval to take my 2-15 LHA exam. Am transitioning from an IT background and am very excited about getting started!
Does anyone know of agencies that are looking to add agents? I've been interviewing with small mom-and-pop agencies and am wondering what the standard commission splits are in the South Florida area.
What should one expect to pay an agency (in terms of commission splits) for leads and office space? And, what should the split be for business I bring in myself?
