how do you get humana to remove an ineligible status

How do you get humana to remove an ineligible status, for contracting as a medicare agent, my previous FMO drop my California license for 3 days. I had it reinstated within 3 days but was penalize for a year. It is still 3 years later all they do is sent the information to [email protected]. I get a automatic response, terminated for just cause. I was told that it could be removed. But no one at Humana gives you a live phone number to talk with a live person in compliance. At wits end. They just refer me to the Fmo in my area.

Termination for cause is serious. What caused you to be terminated for cause?
