He never cancelled his ACA Florida Blue Marketplace policy. And today got a bill for $1,950.
He called Florida blue to explain he's on Medicare and to cancel it, but they told him they cannot. He needs to call "The Marketplace".
His agent that sold him the policy is long gone.
How do we go about cancelling the policy for him? How do we get a hold of this "Marketplace"?
