Humana Enrollment Issue, Off Exchange

Trying to roll a client from Assurant (40% increase on their Obamacare plan) to Humana. Discussed options. Sent link to apply.

Cannot submit application since she it not applying within 30 days of her qualifying event (loss of coverage on 12/31).

WTH?

Someone needs to tell Humana this is open enrollment.

There's a box to choose whether they have a qualifying event. If you state "none" it should allow the application to go through. Do it as a regular application instead of one with a qualifying event.

Somarco you are right the Humana system is screwed up. Minor league moves by a billion dollar company. Inexcuseable..by the way the none fix above doesnt work.

It shows a 1/1/15 effective date when I choose "none" from the drop-down. Ignoring the box works too.
