Stirring up sh*t is everything to me.

Here's one ...
So, we all get 22 points on a supp. for e.g ...
Outta the 100%, how many points does an IMO receive ... and I'll wager that amount varies depending on volume ... ya know, the amount of new business a carrier receives before one of you geniuses throws that out there ... anybody?
What's the minimum these f*cks get? Some are probably more "contributory" than others ... mine was useless. If those C's are getting a place at the table, they need to be planting crops along with brokers. That's called a metaphor b*tch. F'n eh, put some muscle behind this hustle you c suckers. Help pay for the marketing. We need THAT not your "expert tutelage ..."

I'll go first. 33% minimum.

OK, what do you do now?

No one is getting 30 points on supplements. But go look at what these groups get on ancillary products (home health, hospital) and on Advantage overrides + soft money. There's a reason why 90% of their emails have to do with MA and ancillary.

Hell, the integrity mothership even earns "silent overrides" on certain ancillary products that are sold by their competitors. Ultimate flex.

I don't know why you're pivoting from Supps. to MA's and ancillary when we haven't figured out what they get off the med. supps. yet ...? Of course they are all about MA's ... they pay more money sooner ... no big mystery ... So I got releases recently and before one of you know it all doomsayers says it, yes I made damn sure we keep our existing comp. I did learn though that if you go to a new IMO some of them WILL f you. Namely UHC Medicare (but not UHone), EHealth or Select Quote ... there may be more but I know those 3 will take your existing book for sure. She how this goes? the bigger they are the more they think they can F you. So far it sounds like 29 points go to comp ... 22 to the broker and 7 to the IMO ... any other intel on this? With no marketing support (from my former IMO) kinda lame ..? They get almost 1/3 as much as us when we do all the marketing, education, writing and retention of each policy? For what? An occasional fricken "inclusive" email ..? NFL. Anybody ever work with Temmen ..?

Your referring to Matt Temen out of Missouri .Former fe agent out of Missouri . Started in Medicare in 2020 . Has built a big telesales shop with 3-4 offices in Missouri . He's under Justin Brock .I think he said they did $7 mil rev last yr and trying to do $15 mil this yr . I laugh at these telesales guys saying they do little dsnp type business and have 95% persistency. Bs . Isn't any telesales shop on the planet working leads and multiple states with over 75-80% persistency . There all working low income if there doing big vol . Med sup never seemed to have the marketing money like mapd does . The carriers give Bonus money . If you show good sup vol you can get 24-25% on sups . Most Fmo's at 27-28% on sups. Are you selling Medicare ?Over the last 6 months you've talked anoint selling with call centers and tons of other people .

I just learn. New things "in development ..." Yeah, still hocking under my own name. I can write under my wife's name also ... that's why I was looking under the aforementioned IMO's. I agree with you on the marketing and your comments. This Temmen was running ads talking bout "will provide up to 4 K per month in lead cost. So I had to check it out. His dude called me back. You know the game Don, they get all cagey while they try and pull info. outta ya. I'm just run'n a lil Mom and Pop here ... I have other things going on. My current IMO was ******. They stayed out of our way but they never put a dime into marketing. What I see is now these "IMO's" are going after each other's brokers. All about leverage. If you have enough consistent volume, then yeah, they'll line up to "work a deal" and "help out" with that marketing nut ... he says to me yesterday, "well you HAVE to have an IMO ..." So I'm sitting here right now thinking, "whatever % their cut is, they outta be chip'n in that same % on the marketing? Even if an agent / broker is new they should have a situation set up like that before they sign with an IMO. Let these cream skim'n d*ck licks earn their piece? They'll come back and say we offer training, etc. ... whatevs. Outside of a quote engine they provided d*ck squat. We never even read most of their silly emails. And yeah, as I figured before checking it out these call centers use the Joe Namath / Jimmy Dynomite approach. It's scammy, low rent pain in c*ck, bottom feeder b.s. ... "pivot to a cancer / HIP ..." We'll stick with T65 and invest in that. We'll write LIS peeps if one is referred or they just don't have the ching to get a supp / stand alone pdp or maybe they wanna save premium for the first year by using the MA 12 mo. trial ... up to them but I'll be gded if we'll go after that mess ... It's all financing. Places like Temmen want to "pivot" their way outta that cesspool on the back of indie brokers I think. Sure they do. They must get tired of the lack of retention and you gotta know those dem. bottom feeders are call'n them all the time with their whining ..? And lastly, these IMO's WILL lie to you on what your rights are to your comp. if you leave so call each carrier on your own and let them know that they are also on a recorded line in case you get some stunod "agent service rep .."
