Their interpretation is slightly different than the way the regulation reads - the regulation reads that the Plan "sponsor" can contact members re: other plans, but Humana is interpreting this to mean that agents can call. Anyone else see a discrepancy here, or should I just take it to mean we are allowed to talk to our clients again . . . . .
