I think I recall someone on here always pitching that they finance the agent leads and they don't let them feel their roll up debts until they are too huge for their back end money to cover.
That's not the glossy way he said it, but that's the way I always took it.

I think your correct there selling " no chargebacks" gig. I've seen some ads for that . You do $30 k a month you net maybe $5k ( 15% will cancel before the first draft). If your at 130% netting out $25k a month premium that's $32.5K a month minus even $6k a month for leads that's $26k net . $26k vs $5k .
 
The only thing worse would be to offer a "financed" lead program where the company reports lead debt (as opposed to charge-back debt) to vector.

Yeah, that is/was Lincoln Heritage. Of course, Vector swore that they weren't doing that but Vector was willfully blind on that. At least they used to be.
