Lincoln just axed one of the bigger telesales agency’s

Also how are you guarding against a ton of returned leads with older leads ? I'm sure you'll say your scrubbing addresses to make sure up to date .
They have to put a Stamp on the Return Piece. Might encourage them to call vs mail.

If I get one $60 - $90 month sale off each batch - I'll be happy.

No Visa Card or any incentive. Both pieces mention "Affordable" Burial Insurance . . .

Just started 1/8 sending out 100 pieces per week. Have had 3 Calls so far - didn't close them. No mail pieces received back yet.
5% is steep but doable. The secret is to make the letter look personalized. Boomers love that stuff.

I mail 100 a week to T65s near me. It's a pain in the ass but it works. Haven't checked my percentages but it works.

FWIW. I once got a 10% return. Offering a baby spoon to new parents. But that was back in the 70s. These days all of those parents are buying supplements from me.

We are buying Aged Leads and then re-mailing them with a nice letter, hand signed and with a CTA within that letter. Also included in the envelope is a Direct Mail Card piece that is worded differently. So - hopefully, 5% or more will either call in -or- mail in.

Total Cost per Letter is less than $2.50 each, all in.
I did that back in the day.

For every 100 I would send out, I would get 1 call in lay down.

It works, but trading tons of time for money.

I have always preferred the opposite.

What happened to you recruiting ? You were big into that at one pt as i recall. And what happened to Brandon? Didn't he have a Medicare call center in Greenville at one pt?

Keep us posted what returns are . I've not seen or heard of 5% response rates. Maybe if you offer them a $25 visa cash card . Also how are you guarding against a ton of returned leads with older leads ? I'm sure you'll say your scrubbing addresses to make sure up to date .
When you mail to previous responders, you will get a better return rate than just a general list.

Liked the SaaS side of the business better.

We started that for our agency. We still have it. Not recruiting now.

He did well. Close to $1M in less than a year in the call center. He got covid real bad and things changed with the opportunity that didn't make it work.

Voice AI could convince us to bring it back one day.

Neither one of us want to manage an office lol.
