Loa Medicare agent to Independent with FMO/IMO

Hey Y'ALL There is a new IMO called Better Life Financial Group that is hiring a lot of Agents straight commission on dialer providing Big Money selling Medicare Advantage only. They claim big commissions upfront,big renewals and over rides for team builders and free leads ! I just went on hour long recruiting Webinar..And then they said something ,a Red Flag maybe , that "They" pay you! Does this mean their Agents are under them and the IMO is the Agent of Record on all the business the Agents write, not direct to Carrier for the Agents. Anyone heard of them,they have recruited a lot of Agents.They talk a good game.

I went to their webinar and decided to stay clear of them. Too many red flags.
