Looking for an insurance carrier who can offer insurance for commercial auto insurance

Hello All,
one of my customer who has 15 seater sprinter van and looking for commercial auto insurance. Initially I thought he is going to use for his business and provided a standard commercial auto from progressive. Later I came to know that, he wanted to use the vehicle for rental purpose and what kind of coverage he needs?
any idea ( it should be similar to turo which offer insurance for the vehicle). Also if the owner carries Collision/Comp from regular auto insurance, won't it cover irrespective of who is driving it ( as long as that renter carries liability insurance).

any thoughts?
regards
Kris
Sounds like no matter which Comm carrier you go with to quote him, he will have to be very up front on the type of business and the use. He may need the Renter, or user, of the vehicle to get additional coverage:
  • Renter's Liability Protection (RLP)

Most commercial auto policies don't cover self-drive rentals, so it's important to verify whether the current policy allows for rental use. The right coverage should include liability for renters, physical damage, and uninsured motorist protection while the vehicle is being rented. Checking with an insurance provider that specializes in commercial policies for rental businesses is the best way to ensure proper protection.
