Why wouldn't you want to help the people you know the best either save money or protect themselves from a disaster that could bankrupt them?

Better to do the best job for them now when quoting them versus bringing them a casserole over a bad accident, fire or funeral

Your first sentence was the giveaway. THEY contacted you. That's not how you find good agencies. That's how the worst of the worst contract agents and trap them into "no-release" pyramids of despair.

You should research first and then YOU contact agencies you are interested in interviewing. Not the other way around. Ever.
