I do not know anything about this product, but the president of the organization happens to be the Chaiman & CEO of the URL Financial Group of Harrisburg, PA. URL is highly regarded brokerage. They are honest and run a great shop. Apparently, this is a side operation.

I reviewed some of the information on the Med360 website. The PA application is formidable----16 pages. Of course, it combines health, life, critical illness, and disbaility in one package. The rating of Madison National is A-, Standard Security Life has an A rating.

The concept seems good, but I would imagine it must be difficult to sell a package like that. Then again, I suppose a lot depends on the premium pricing. Thoughts, anyone?

I guess my initial concern would be that although it may be more efficient, it would be tough for someone who has each type of policy already to give them up?

I've been staring at their appointment package for probably 3 weeks. I decided to open it up last night and see what they offer. I was very surprised. Not only does it come with a critical illness and disability rider built in, but it comes with 20 or 30 year term return of premium life. The pricing here in AZ is unbelievable. Side by Side with Assurant is a $200 savings on a quote I generated today! In addition to a whole bunch of small things that really make it easy to sell!! Commissions range from 15%-30% depending on contract and the life commissions are from 80% to 110%. I guess where I'm going here is.... Is anyone appointed with them? Any experience on underwriting times, timely payment of commissions? This really appears to be a phenomenal product, I'm just wondering where it becomes not phenomenal.... if ever...
