Their brochure says it's available until age 85, I know some companies don't offer the rider after the insured reaches a certain age, is that the same with MoO? I can't seem to find it, thanks.
The living promise plan itself will only issue up to 85 for level and 80 for graded.
Accidental death is only available on level.
But there is no expiration on it in the sense you are describing. If you sell a level plan to a 70 year old with the accidental death on it, the rider does not drop off at a certain age.
