I used them a little last year. I don't see any reason to use them now, other than name recognition.
I had a client turned down on phi. They randomly call 1 of every twenty apps plus Any that have any mib or rx hits.
I just has a lady that wanted to come off auto bill to pay quarterly. They told her no. They don't allow changes in the first year. I called and tried to reason but they still said no. She dropped the coverage.
