As was quoted in another similar forum - Mortgage Term is DEAD. "Stick a fork in it."
With the new regulations surrounding MA..it seems like the only (simple and easy) thing left is FE.
finalexpenseagents dot biz is the best place I've found to offer resources and training for making this transition..from the people who have done it successfully and are pulling in <$200k/yr NET.

I met the Dendys when I was with NAA. They seem like quality folks, but, the bottom line is that they are still with NAA.
If you want to work for an NAA agency, they are top of the line.

If that's true, they would be fine people to work for. Their only problem was that they were with NAA.
