I've got an FMO In Cary, NC. We are smaller than some others in the state but that is intentional so we can continue to provide good local support. Ex: agents can actually talk with the owner. Agent owns their book, we don't take any of their commissions, open release policy, support with business planning, etc so agents don't feel restricted and also have resources to help them grow.
