New Agent Need help signing up with GA/MGA

I just got my Life and health license. I have decade of sales experience and been selling mortgages for the last 5 years. I would really like to know who should i sign upwith? I am looking for a company who I can sign up and not worry about changing MGA any time soon. Any advice would be really appreciated. I dont need a lot of support just a company who can work on my cases diligently. thanks in advance.

An FMO who gets my vote (since about Feb '08) is described below:

He calls me back. Several service issues have been handled w/ he and I on phone 3 way...
with me listening to him deal w/ my clients and their dr offices and pharmacies.

Once , unbeknownst (sp?) to me he handled a young lady's concerns straightening out bills submitted in error. And he let me know later how I should handle differently. (she was irate owing thousands in meds bills when she asked mgr # i gave his cell # instead of stuttering and saying here is office #... plus I expected him to call me instead of taking his time getting fussed at).

He seems to me sincere, hardworking, professional, considerate, superb leads, ethical , ambitious , stable, etc.

I was very skeptical from the start but he & his staff helped me put 9k in my pocket in 12 days.

I would be happy now with almost anything to get me half the results of that experience.
