Any carriers nix the height/weight guide under age 44? I've got a 30 year old female that I was with Lincoln Heritage earlier this year.

Problem is that one was one of the very very few things about LH that was kinda nice. No height/weight guide for young people. I don't carry LH anymore and going indy was the best decision I've ever made but I would love your input on what carrier I can put her with. I don't know her exact weight but suffice to say there isn't a carrier whose ht/wt guide would allow her.

Thanks

Settlers Silver. Also RNA's EL does have build chart but it's very liberal and they won't decline for it. Even at a table 2 or 3 it would still be better priced than most SI plans out there.

Attaboy JMarketing....flip them old LH policies! Didn't they instill in you that replacing policies is unethical? :twitchy:

I have an agent now who is rewriting policies he wrote 3 months ago with 1 carrier now rewriting to a 2nd carrier for a 2nd commission. He ran up a $16,000 debt in a blink of the eye. He also didn't do replacement forms so he is in big trouble now

Sucks to be that agent! I knew an LH agent who did something similar. Difference was the policy had actually lapsed or been cancelled prior to the new carrier so he was good to go.

Only $16,000? Wonder how long the poor guy had to work there to get that mich advance. I would HOPE that, since I hear LH goes after agents for every advance they ever pay the agent, the debt would be higher then that if he had been there any decent amount of time. If he was only there a month he never should have left lol! 16k a month would make me go back thats for sure.

I never understood why LH goes for everything they ever pay agents. If the clients are still active, or at least the majority of them, and still paying their bills then wouldnt that advance debt eventually work itself out so that it would be zero? I mean let's say that agent actually paid the $16000 off...unless he's vested with LH all the pay through and advance debt paid by monthly premiums would go to his MGA...so the agent is out the 16k and the MGA continues to get alllllll the money for the active clients. Heck the agent should just hand the MGA $16,000!!! Doesn't sound right. I mean I can understand the MGA getting the pay through....but the advance debt that is settled by the monthly paid premiums? It would seem to me that you would only bill the agent for that if the advance debt really wasn't being paid off by the monthly premiums because the client had quit paying and there weren't enough advance debt repayments from his still active clients.

Lh confuses me sometime. Regardless, I have actually said very little poor about them as a company in regards to how they treat their customers. I Dont agree with how they treat departing agents but a quick look on this forum tells me I'm not alone. LH does what they think is ethical and right...that is their prerogative.
