Someone told me that the cap doesn't apply to formularies; is that correct?

Im guessing they meant to say the cap doesnt apply to NON FORMULARY....

Incorrect.
1. If you get the first 30 day non-formulary prescription, it applies to the $2K
2. If you get a formulary exception, the money spent applies to the $2K
