Pinnacle FMO free CRM

Anybody using the CRM provided by Pinnacle FMO? My general agency is moving contracts to Pinnacle following the demise of Carefree and I'm being told Pinnacle has a free CRM they offer. If you're using it, I'd like to know what you think of it. At the same time, I have created a free trial with MedicarePro CRM and like what I see, but if I can get something similar for free, why not? Thoughts? Thanks!

Never have your crm under an fmo . I love Medicare pro. Been using 3 yrs . What happened to carefree fmo? I used to get bs recruiting postcards in the mail all the time from them

Why not? I can think of a few reasons, but would like to know yours.

If you leave the fmo you lose all the information. You lose the crm . Also i never put the correct phone # on clients apps . I keep all that in my crm

Just a note to this. If it is free, then you lose it. If you're actually paying for it, then you take it with you.

This is why we offer MedicarePro and pay the bill. So, if anyone leaves us they don't lose it, they just pick up the tab

I wonder if IMOs have access to the data if they pay the fee. Is it their account until they release it to the leaving agent? Or is it solely the agent's from the beginning?
