Please List the Names of Some Good Imo's for Ul and Whole Life?

I'm looking for an imo who gives out ga type contracts on co's like banner life,protective,pru,met etc.I'm not looking to get screwed with 55% type contracts. Please list some imo,fmo's and bga's who handle many of these bigger co's. Thanks
