Share stories, current events, and helpful information. Brand yourself as someone who is helpful and encourage your contacts to reach out to you.
If you want to 'boost' your posts to reach others you're not connected to, you can certainly do that as well.

I concur if you share stories on how you helped folks, or your opinion on a topic it could be beneficial to someone, if nothing else identify yourself as a subject matter expert. Just don't forget its also a place for friends, so share some off topic stuff too.
Like politics and religious stuff. People love that.
I recommend posting from your business page then sharing it from your personal page. That way you can drive traffic to your business page and still have your friends/family see it

Yep. Even better to post about flat earth and chemtrails. Direct energy weapons is a good one too.
