Predictive Dialer's

My friends, my thumbnail, P&C Guy in Pa & NJ looking to have a predictive dialer do some of the heaving lifting. Can someone from this esteemed body point me in a good direction? I envision myself and possibly a few colleagues in our offices work on the usual assortment of daily distractions and then the phone rings back with a person looking to have a conversation. Am I heading in the right direction?

Are you talking about predictive dialing or voice broadcasting like a press 1 campaign?

If I understand you correctly you want people calling into your office from some sort of automated campaign?

Or would they have callers handling the initial conversation then transferring or setting an appointment which ultimately come to you and your colleagues.
