Let's also remember the fact that they charge annually for state appointments. Rat bastids. (I think it's annually.)

Great point! I just got dinged with over $300 in state appointment fees on one of September's commissions cycles. I think that was just one state (or two), of course UHC has 2 entities, and I gotta pay it double, one for the agent and another for the agency…. What's the state doing with these fees?
And UHC pays the least on those medsupps, with the fixed dollar commissions.
What's the dealio with all the "entities" uhc has in various states? Why can't they clean that up?
But I do get a fancy pen in the mail from them every now and then, and sometimes other little trinkets.
I'd love to see a reduction in state appointment fees.
