Judy McElroy used to be w/ Unique Underwriters (Sam Wolfe & Ralph Simpson's company). My understanding is that her company buys their B Leads from other companies, marks them up and resells them. That doesn't mean the quality is bad, but it does mean if you can buy direct from the vendors she purchases from, you'll save some $.
