I haven't used them in a while. The limit (50 or whatever) is not a daily limit. Doesn't take that long to do it if you know how to sort what you are looking for.
At one time I used it to supplement other methods. Problem is as Kirby mentioned, the data isn't always accurate.
And I did not go to the library. At least in our system, the database is online and can be accessed from home with an internet connection.
As the economy continues to take its' toll I doubt many of the small business directories will be accurate. We lost a Wendy's a couple of weeks ago. Same location for probably 20 years or longer, now gone.
