411.com is what I use most.

We tend to do very well using

People Search | White Pages People Finder | YP.com

The trick is to do a search by NAME with the zip and state
and if that doesn't work
Search by Address

The 2 options makes a difference

Not for cards but for orphans or lost clients. If the free sites do not work we use Intelius Usually comes up with the person or someone at that address.

If someone doesn't list their phone number don't you need to check the DNC list? They didn't list their number so you don't have permission to call.
