Anyone ever hear of the RX Gold Plan Company?

They are a discount plan owned by The Select Company in SC.

Opinions....Input would be appreciated.

Enough said right there!! No place in the market for discount plans... all they do is give the client a false sense of security

Say what? all carriers offer discount plans? please name all the major players that are offering such benefit...

I think all Tony C does is post questions and has no clue about the individual insurance Market. But just proves that we as an industry are licensing anyone and everyone without proper training and guidance. Would you want this guy offering a product to your Family? Read the information again, Level 4 Drugs are discounted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are WAY out of bounds here.

I know this guy. He's new to the business and trying to learn. Extremely conscientious, and concerned with offering quality products. Did you read his post on the US Health Group? It warned agents about the "inside limits" in their policies that he learned about.

I don't know about you, but I think it's way smarter to ask the questions here...before trying to do it to a client.

Here is the main reason not to write these.....had a lead a year ago take one out against my advice and now has back problems and needs surgery and no one will take her plan.....so we are looking at the 2 man group and risk pool options....guess what this crap is not even considered creditable coverage.....she is screwed.....
