Silverscript Choice Non-Commissionable 2025

I heard Choice will be the only plan offered next year. True or not?

Even if it weren't we already know smart saver was non commissionable, there would be no chance they just switched it

the high option is only for rare situations that would be non existent with no doughnut hole anyway

So really that is the only outcome
I could not see them keeping the other plans wouldnt make sense

Really all I want to know is what is going to be the go to for low cost meds

Bonus if there is commission but not holding my breath

Ill be happy if its easy to say most fit here and the rest fit there
and not waste time on it

From other posts, Aetna only offering 1 plan, the Choice plan.
Presumably non commissionable.
Carriers pulling out of PDP market (MOO and BCBS AZ left the market, UHC WG's, SS Smart Saver, and others are gone)

Some carriers may not have applied for prem assistance program.
Carriers don't want the PDP business, and they don't want 90% of the market if they misprice the premium.
Lowest premium loses.

They have to pay 60% after 2k OOP is met, vs 20% this year.
PDP will be a loss leader and drain on their internal systems/phone reps.
Agent commissions are the first to get the axe.
I think AZ is now down to about 8-9 plans next year.

OH, and don't forget about the RX payment plan where carriers get to give interest and penalty free loans to everyone. With no systems in place for the pharmacy or carrier. Should go rather well.....NOT

Just talked to my Aetna rep and he said there is just the one plan and it is non-commissionable but if you have clients on it already it will pay renewals still.

Also said the MAPD's in my area didn't change a ton except they did add the $590 deductible to Tiers 3-5. Tiers 1 and 2 are still $0.00 with $0.00 premium.
