Substandard E and O

I was turned down by NAPA because of a 20 year old license revocation due to a illness that resulted into a amputation. Provided documentation but still refused me. Any ideas I'm in Texas. Possible substandard E and O?

Get an Equitable appointment. You then qualify for their E&O. No underwriting.
